I left my PC on overnight, I came back the next day after school and it was off. I attempted turning it on both with the case button and the button on the motherboard, and it does absolutely nothing. The start button and reset button on the motherboard both light up when the power supply is on, but other than that it does nothing. I built this about three or four months ago, it has been left on overnight, only put to sleep, for most of this time. This is the first major issue I've had with it. The only thing I've done since it stopped working was install virtualbox, but it was working fine with it running. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Solution
Try PSU test then.

Disconnect 24 pin from motherboard, take a paperclip and bend int U shape, now jumper pin16 (green wire) to any ground (black wire) on the 24 pin cable.
If PSU does not power on then the problem is PSU, if not then we eleminated one potential issue and can work from there.

Just go over all the connections inside, and reseat them. Check out your power button and reset button connectors too.
