After numerous reseating attempts, i still don't know what s happening.
The fans are spinning, the lights are on and I can feel a little heat coming off the CPU.
Currently, only four things are attached:
AMD Ryzens 170x
Gigabyte ab350 mobo
2x8gb ballitix sport ddr4 ram
Corsair hydro h60 cooler
I have also confirmed the PSU isn't dead already.
