This is my first budget Gaming $600 PC build, and I want to know what it can do, and/or should I make a completely different build? The games I'm especially looking to run are: League of Legends max settings 100 fps, GTA V 60 fps at low settings, and Overwatch at 60 low settings. Thank you for your help.

This is an updated build based on your message and what you said above. Changes are the i5-6500, an 8GB RX 480 vs the 4GB RX 480 I had in there (and you had in the original build) and a case with a side window (and a red led fan)

I would most definitely consider the i5 6400. Give me like 10 mins and I can make a part list.

I added in a Windows license which makes mine cost more than yours but you will need that. Otherwise the price is less

This system will blow away the one you put together. As mentioned AM3+ is dead and the 8350 is not good anymore. The i5 in here will game better. In addition this has a better power supply, while less wattage the Thermaltake you picked is both overkill and junk quality.

Ya I might switch to core i5 6500 cause it barely costs more. I also like how you made a slight red theme :) That's what I was trying to do for my other build as you can see. Could I switch to a clear case so you can see the red?

Yeah you should do that, I'm a big red fan. This is my build:
