I am gonna build my own pc..I am gonna recycle some parts like the case ,power supply and hard drive. I have a power supply of 550w and I have a micro atx case , 500 gb hard drive and a samsung monitor with resolution 1366 x768....I am thinking of buying ;-

PROCESSOR - Intel I3 6100(6th generation)

MOTHERBOARD - Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2 Socket LGA 1151 Motherboard (Black)

GRAPHICS CARD - Zotac GeForce 1050 ti (4GB)(DDR5)

RAM - HyperX FURY Black 8 GB 2133 MHz CL14 DIMM DDR4

COOLER - Deepcool Gammaxx 300 Tower Type with 3 Heat Pipe

-A wifi dongle

MY BUDGET IS AROUND RS 32000(485$ approx.)....ANY RECOMMENDATIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Also I Read an aricle that said not spend money on PROCESSOR as every PROCESSOR is powerful nowadays ,even dual cores....also it said the most important part in a pc is its monitor...so one must by a 1080p monitor rather than spending much on a powerful PROCESSOR ..so what do U guys think?

Solution
It's far from true that even dual core processors are "Good enough" for everything, for some things yes for some not even close. There is still a lot of games using single core/thread but trend is to go multi core.
In your case, if you are planning on only light use and simple games Intel G4560 processor would be better priced choice.

a dual core cpu ie. pentium g4560 is more than adequate for gaming . source ? me. use it for gta v mafia III watch dogs 2 DOOM BF1 (with an rx 480 gpu).

you certainly don't need to buy an i5 or i7 for gaming .. go with the g4560 as it is an i3 in all but name.
