Laptop has hard lag spikes suddenly

So I updated 1 drive using Driver booster then my laptop started having lag spikes in a 10 to 10 seconds interval.Lag spikes:it suddenly freezes for 2 seconds,all motion stops on the display and the sound sounds like it has been slowed at 1.5 speed.What do I do?

Try setting your windows back to before the drive booster was activated or disable the boost and set it to default settings. Your drive might not support the feature.
