hi guys,
I have another problem with my new ryzen build.
Ryzen 7 1700 (not overclocked)
rx 480 8gb (also not overclocked)
8 gb ddr4 ram
corsair carbide spec-1 case with 1 stock fan on the front panel.
so my problem is that the gpu fans wont go full speed even if the gpu goes above 81 degrees. so the pc crashes and need to restart it.
I checked amd watman setting and set everything to automatic / dynamic. but the gpu fans dont go pass ~900 rpm max.
I also saw fan control in bios it is set to normal.
what do you suggest doing ? should i buy another fan for the case ? or set gpu fans manually ? if so, what are the right rpms for the gpu fans ?
Also the gpu fans dont work under 50 degrees. it really weird, cuz on idle the gpu is always 50 degrees. I think thats a lot.
