Is it Time to Upgrade my Ram?

Hello These are my Specs:
Intel i5-4440
8 GB Ram
GTX 970

I'm currently hitting 91% ram usage when i'm streaming GTA V,
These are my open Active Processes : GTA V, IE,OBS, VLC ( music) Voicemeteer banana

and i'm getting framedrops in GTA V , is it time to upgrade my ram to 16?

I would say so, i recently upgraded from 8GB to 16GB and most my games got quite a good increase in performance. Specifically things like Star Citizen, Witcher 3, Total War Atilla, etc. 16GB is definitely becoming the standard now and i would grab some if your keen :). That said, it may not necessarily be the cause of your FPS drops. Hope this helps :)
