GPU Nvidia geforce gt 220 is getting so weak and laggy and not hot

Hello,
i have an old GPU i know
but is there any solution of this gpu so it don't get laggy when playing any game
for example i am playing TES:Skyrim and it's FPS is 40-50 but with soooooooooo much lag
any way to fix this ??

That's not only a very old GPU, it's a low quality old GPU. I highly doubt the performance you are getting is any different from the norm, and if you've already updated your drivers, it's probably just the age of the GPU showing. I'm honestly surprised you're getting that kind of performance out of it, I have a gt 330 in an older pc of mine and I doubt I could get that kind of FPS in Skyrim.

Like vrumor said, your options are either lower resolution/settings to the absolute lowest and deal with it, or spend the money on a new GPU. Pretty much anything from the last 5 years will be an upgrade over what you currently have. If you're on a super tight budget, I'd recommend a used 7850 or something similar.
