Will the GTX 1060 Bottleneck my I5-3330?

Hello all. Im real confused here i want to buy the GTX 1060 but ive heard that some CPU can bottleneck a GPU. I have the I5-3330 @3.00GZ and would like to know whether the 1060 would be held back by it. The only 2 games i play are Minecraft and Rocket league and i am looking to play them on my 144hz monitor with my FPS being well over 144 when i play. All help is really appreciated.

the gtx 1060 is a huge jump up from the gtx 750TI and the card alone is enough for 1080p to max out every game atm(maybe not the new ME on 60fps) but it's best to check benchmarks with your cpu and the gtx 1060 or some similar card to get the best understanding of the FPS,i couldn't tell you exactly since i have rocket league locked to 120(never had a 144hz monitor)

I currently have a GTX 750TI will i see a large performance increase with the GTX 1060?
