Solution
Just checked your mobo manual ... and didn't found the option in BIOS to turn iGPU on ... looks like manufacturer went cheap on this mobo.
Well, that leaves you only with option 2: connect both monitors to GPU.
First thing, your mobo iGPU is probably turned off in BIOS (that's default when GPU is installed). So you have to turn in on in BIOS.
But preferred option would be to connect both monitors to GPU. New cable (or adapter) does not cost that much.

i have "Initiate Graphics Adapter" on "PEG" , if i have it on IGD my graphics card has no signal.
and i have IGD Multi-Monitor on Enabled.
And if i have IGD on "Initiate Graphics Adapter" my graphic card ports doesnt work, but my motherboard ones does. isnt there any way you can make all ports work?
