I have an I5-4060 processor and it's in critical condition, and i'm planning to get a new one and get a new cooler for the cpu. When I was getting my pc check up the guy said I need a cooler that is twice the size of mine. You do not need a cooler double the size of the stock one for an i5-4460, whoever told you that has no idea what they are talking about.
