Well.. I'm putting together a computer, bought a few things:
-Gtx ssc 970
-1 TB hd
-CX 750W (power supply)
-8 GB DDR4 2400 MHz (Corsair Vengeance)-Ram memory

And I'm torn between those two motherboards.. wish you guys would give their opinions, and I'm going to buy an intel of 7th generation, probably the i7 7700k, so the choice of motherboards z270..
And I was wondering also if really the PRIME Z270M-PLUS motherboard supports 2400 MHz ram factory. Because from what I was reading, she works with 2133 MHz models and models OC..
Sorry for my bad English, I'm Brazilian ...

Links of 2 motherboards, brazilian store..

Solution
The asus is mATX, MSI one is regular ATX, which should have more SATA/USB ports, fan_headers, etc. And I can't find any review for either one, Also MSI has usb3.1, asus does not have. One more thing, the asus MB has LED for pcie slot and aduio tracks.

Take the asus, if the ASUS MB has enough ports (USB3.0, SATA, fan_header) for your need, also the ASUS has more VRMs, which are good for the i7 ocing.

Last the 200-series chipsets can support up to 2400mhz, 100-series chipsets can support up to 2133mhz. Any speed is over those, you need to oc, or just set up the intel XMP in the BIOS.
