  1. Sorry but no. Fallout 4 is a high end game that is heavy on desktop CPU's and GPU's. A low end Pentium and integrated graphics won't come close. Unfortunately you would need a much higher budget than the type of laptop your looking at.

That is when you sit back and learn.
That PC will not work for what you wish it to do.

You need more CPU, an actual GPU, and more hard drive space.
  4. I cant even see the CPU model listed on my phone but you said a Pentium. If its latest generation its still the lowest end lineup of the current generation, it will be dual core but with hyperthreading so 4 threads/2 cores. Fallout 4 ideally wants a true quad core (i5) but would work at lowish fps with that cpu. Older Pentiums won't work due to being dual core without hyperthreading.

The biggest issue is the lack of a dedicated GPU, you really want something like a GTX 1050 or RX 460 minimum. Also with a generic 400w PSU your going to want to change that before dropping in a GPU.

The amount of RAM is only one piece of the puzzle.

    $500

  7. RAM is only 1 part, there are other equally if not more important factors such as a modern dedicated GPU and reasonably powerful CPU.
  8. Okay so how about this is it possible for me to upgrade my laptop to run fallout 4? Here the specs for the my laptop AMD A6-3400M APU with Radeon (HD) Graphics and 4 gb of RAM. What would need to upgrade for my laptop to run it? I have the game downloaded it just runs to slow thats why i was gunna buy that other computer i seen the 16gb of Ram and thought that was crazy powerful...So basically its the graphic card that matters the most?

    No.
Many/most laptops can't be upgraded, and the ones that can, only within a small range of processors, for a minimal increase in performance.
