So hello there! I have just been looking for a website that can help me answer some questions and this seems like the best one. So basically, I have gotten this PC about 3 months ago for my birthday and I switched from an old laptop that couldn't run any games. Here I'll list the specs:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6402P CPU @ 2.80GHz

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

RAM 8.0 GB

So I have run some games like GTA 5 and stuff like that, and my opinion is that maybe my CPU is quite slow and that's the reason why the games i play on this PC are quite choppy. Now please keep in mind that I know absolutely nothing about computers and that I really don't know what the issue is. People tell me that my graphic card is amazing but I can't even run games at high. I was thinking of overclocking my CPU to get better performance since I think that can maybe solve this issue. My computer is also kinda of slow just in general. Now, first of all, I don't know how to overclock it and I don't know if it will damage my computer. And I also don't know if my fans can still do the job so it does overheat and destroys my computer. Now, please I need assistance with this so post ANY of your opinions down bellow and tell me what I can do or should I overclock and will it destroy my computer. When commenting, please don't use any tech sentances xD, make sure its noob friendly xd. Alright, thank you so much for reading and please help me with this issue!

Solution
You'll save roughly $30 bucks (200 vs 230) so it really is up to you. If you want to get into overclocking and push your system further then go for the 6600k.

Hmm, I believe that this isn't a pre-build PC. I could have only found the case: http://www.zalman.co.kr/contents/products/view.html?no=19. What else do you need to help me? I really need some help.

That is an overclocking motherboard. You'll need to get either an i5 6600k or i7 6700k. If you don't want to spend that much, then grab an i5 6500. It's an excellent gaming chip that won't totally kill your wallet but won't overclock. Check out this video for overclocking: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bjrKFiIWlU

Is there any way I can do something about it. Is it normal that it's that weak for games? I would gladly buy a new graphics card but my wallet doesn't currently allow me. My friends told me that I have a beast PC even tho I can't run a damn game xD.

So as soon as I get the money, just upgrade? Would it be easier to just get the i5 6500 like you recommended without the need to overclock it and not breaking the bank?
