So hello there! I have just been looking for a website that can help me answer some questions and this seems like the best one. So basically, I have gotten this PC about 3 months ago for my birthday and I switched from an old laptop that couldn't run any games. Here I'll list the specs:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6402P CPU @ 2.80GHz
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
RAM 8.0 GB
So I have run some games like GTA 5 and stuff like that, and my opinion is that maybe my CPU is quite slow and that's the reason why the games i play on this PC are quite choppy.Now please keep in mind that I know absolutely nothing about computers and that I really don't know what the issue is. People tell me that my graphic card is amazing but I can't even run games at high. I was thinking of overclocking my CPU to get better performance since I think that can maybe solve this issue. My computer is also kinda of slow just in general. Now, first of all, I don't know how to overclock it and I don't know if it will damage my computer. And I also don't know if my fans can still do the job so it does overheat and destroys my computer. Now, please I need assistance with this so post ANY of your opinions down bellow and tell me what I can do or should I overclock and will it destroy my computer.
