I am running 8 GB of ddr3 memory, while it does say 2 slots are in use, it only can use 4 GB of ram because 4 GB of hardware reserved memory. I have tried msconfig, it is not my board because it was working fine earlier, yet it's still using 4 GB for hardware. I apologize for my attitude, it's really stressful.
Hardware Reserved Memory Issue

I wasn't getting any beeps, and my motherboard was putting out light, so I reseated everything, checked the cpu and it was all fine. For some reason, I switched my memory to slot 1 and 4, and everything finally worked. CPU-Z says it's now in dual channel, but still is running at 667 mhz in windows task manager.
