So I just had my computer built this past weekend and it would not boot up the bios so I brought it to computer shop and they fixed the output issue now I am having temperature issues my CPU temperature according to the BIOS is sitting at 47 degrees Celsius my motherboard temperature is at 30 degrees Celsius consistently my fan speed is set to 1600 RPM and when I am playing OverWatch on ultra settings my GPU temperature is generally hovering around anywhere between 50 to 64 degrees Celsius could this be due to the thermal paste I have five fans in the computer including a cool master which my friend applied so liberally what is the fix here should I get a new fan or better thermal paste is there another solution please help

It was working fine was playing Overwatch but it started crashing, took the side panel off left it idle and it crashed and now it won't turn on at all just the fans and lights. Bios won't come up. Should be able to send the parts back if some broke do to another part through manufacturer warranties worst case scenario?

Now, are you comfortable tinkering inside? If not, you'll have to bring your PC back to the shop (or considering their trouble finding your issues, possibly a more competent one).

Okay so I started tinkering around inside I took out the GPU and I took out the ram unplug the audio port and the power reset switch and the LED lights plug them all back in and then I took the ram out turned it on I got no output but the heat sink started to spin then I plugged in the ram turned it on and everything booted upgrade with temperatures still hovering at 45 degrees Celsius with the CPU 30 degrees Celsius with the motherboard and the GPU was unknown but it seems like it's an overheating while under load issue what are your thoughts? I also find it very strange that by me pulling the ram out and putting it back in that reset something within the motherboard

Without any evidence of temperatures suggesting such, why would you think it seems like an overheating while under load issue? If it's running again, why aren't you watching the temperatures while you're under load in that case?

In your position, I'd take the whole PC apart, and build it again, breadboarding it at first. I have no idea what this shop of yours did. The other option is to play hardball with the computer shop.

Other than that, it's hard to say. I don't know how your computer shop assembled it or put it together and the random things you're doing don't provide much diagnostic information. Without physically being at your PC and handling this all myself, I don't personally see any way I can help you. Perhaps another poster will have better luck.
