So I'm building a PC for my friend who sells furniture and he wants to have a touch screen monitor that can swivel around and I'm going to get him the Intel® Pentium® Processor G4560 with intergraded graphics but was wondering if it was good enough for this monitor http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-24-touch-monitor-p2418ht/apd/210-alcs/point-of-sale
