Okay, so the build I am building requires a minimum of a 650 Watt PSU. I want a power supply that is 1000 Watts or more though, in case of major future upgrades. Does anyone have an idea of the best value 1000 Watt power supply out there?

Thanks to anyone who answers.

This is true. 3- and 4-way SLI and Crossfire is not supported by most games, and can actually give you a worse experience than a single card. In fact, games supporting such builds are decreasing significantly these days.

Even 2-way GPU builds are on the decline.

That said, a 1000+w PSU will run you just north of $200 USD should you want to plan for that type of upgrade. It's up to you, but I really advise against spending that kind of money on something that won't give you a better build.

True. I only bought my Thermaltake M850W only because its $65 on promotion and semi modular and I was enthusiast to try crossfire at the time. Crossfire failed me big time with my 2x R9-280. Sold those cards and bought GTX 1060 6Gb. The new card perform the same as those crossfire when they worked optimized.
