i have an access point hooked up to the main router with a directional antenna built inside it(this is transmitting the signal)pointing towards a 1 metre long OMNI directional anntenna(50-60 meters away)around 200feet max.the recieveing omni antenna is connected to another access point which runs ethernet to my pc.

Maybe you can contact your provider to check it out and to find a solution. My provider offers this service to check out your internet to make sure that you have a good signal everywhere in your house.

Might be your router if it's a basic one from your provider or a cheap one. I use a powerline to get better internet than going over wifi because my house's walls are terrible for letting wifi signals go trough. So a powerline system could solve your problem or if it's a low quality router replacing it by a better one which has better signal reach and a bigger bandwith.
