Need Help Building Gaming PC

I'm wondering if someone could help me with a black and red build with a $1,500 to $2,000 build. I was wondering if someone could preferably build it around a Dukase Liquid Case. Several questions first:
1) Do you plan to overclock or not? If yes, do you prefer Air Cooling or Liquid Cooling?
2) Does the budget include monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, and other peripherals?
3) If you have a current monitor, what is the specs? If not, any preferences?
4) Do you have an OS already or will you purchase this one new?
5) Are you a big fan of RGB lighting and you wish to have these in your build?
6) What particular store do you prefer to purchase the parts from (newegg? amazon? any in-store purchasing?)
7) Is this PC solely and purely for gaming purposes or will you also use it for other multi-tasking use?

1.) Yes I do plan to overclock the case comes with liquid cooling. (Yes if you do not go with the case)
2.) Peripheals are already taken care of.
3.) I have a BenQ ZOWIE RL2455 but I may upgrade. (don't include)
4.) I will need to purchase a new one.
5.) The case come pre-built with LEDs. (Yes if you do not go with the case)
6.) Newegg, unless if you can find something significantly cheaper.
7.) Gaming and Multi-tasking

here are two build, pretty much the same, but different GPUs, you could use either of these build, or use them as a base line and change some stuff to better fit what you want, like the case.
