My specs are listed below,
i3 6100 @ 3.7 GHz
2 x 8GB Corsiar Vengeance DDR4 2400mhz
Mai Pro-VD h110-m Motherboard
Corsiar VS450 450 watt PSU
WD 160gb blue + WD 320gb blue hard disk
Circle CC821 Gaming cabinet with 3 fans
I will add a Gigabyte G1 gaming RX 480 4GB to my system

I want to ask that, would my 450watt PSU be enough to power my system?

Solution
The Gigabyte website recommends a 500W PSU for a RX 480 but judging from the rest of your components i would say it would work fine. Just probably avoid doing any overclocking on it to increase the power usage and definitely upgrade your Power Supply next before you upgrade anything else in your system that may use more power. Hope this helps :)
Based on your specs...450W is enough. You are not overclocking the CPU and you have a low power cpu (i3-6100) with a TDP of 51W. The rx480 is around 165W. Those two components are main power draws. Even with your HDDs and fans you are still within an acceptable range for a 450W psu.

For rx480 this site suggests 500W, but that takes into account overclocking and power hungry CPUs like AMD's FX series. http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

It won't make much difference on Power Usage since they are the same chip some just have different coolers and slightly higher or lower factory overclocks which wouldn't massively effect the power usage at all. Just go with whatever one suits your preference, it won't make much difference on power usage.

If you choose to get the Asus or Sapphire model you'll still be fine. They are all in the range of 165W. For fun here is a calculator: http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/
Using that calculator it says load of 278W and recommends 328W. Point is...you are fine with 450W.

If I were to buy a 480 4gb now, based on price/peformance/quality. This is what I'd get:

Video Card: MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB GAMING X Video Card ($199.99 @ Jet)

With your components, you need a supply rated at least 27A on the +12V rail.
The Corsair VS450 is rated at 34A, which would be fine except that it is a poor quality power supply.
The Corsair VS series make tier 4 on the PSU list:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

If you have the power supply already, hang onto it I guess until it fails and then get a better one.
If you haven't bought it already, get something better.
Some examples:
Seasonic S12II 430
Seasonic S12G 450
Rosewill Capstone 450
Antec HCG 520
XFX TS 450
XFX Pro 450

Anything from tier 1 or 2 is good. Tier 3 is ok, but may not last as long.

A 450 is below the recommended wattage r that the card even recommends if I were you I would at least if 50 watt power supply just to give yourself a little head room.
