GPU benchmark tests are below normal

I had this problem only recently, temps are good but the result was poor. Here are the specs of my PC.

Intel Core i7-7700K @4.8ghz
Gigabyte Aorus Z270X Gaming 5
Asus ROG Strix GTX 1070 OC
Thermaltake 700W
4x 8gb RIPJAWS @3200mhz
2x Samsung 850 EVO 500gb SSD
Kingston SM2280S3G2240G 240GB
Corsair H80i v2

(I live in a tropical country so the temps are probably higher but still within the safe range)
CPU temp (in degrees Celsius)
Idle: <45
Active: <70
100% load: <80

GPU temp(in degrees Celsius)
Idle: <60 (fans are not moving)
Active: <70
100% load: <75

So the problem is that when i benchmark (userbenchmark) my PC, all my components are working as expected or higher than expected except for my GPU which the result says "performing below expectations".

I also tried overclocking my GPU but the results didn't change that much.

I'm starting to think of cleaning the GPU's fans and replace the thermal paste but my GPU is only about 3 months old.

Any answer would be much appreciated, Thanks.

Well, normal results should be 100%. Around 2-3 weeks ago, i get about >130% as a result, but recently, I've only been getting 92-97% and wont get higher even if OC it.

I'm sorry, I'm not understanding what you mean. getting 100-130% on what? Have you noticed a decrease in real world performance in games? lower framerates? I feel maybe your worry is misplaced and maybe caused by whatever program you are using. A line on a benchmark really means nothing.

I'm sorry for not clarifying, those are the benchmark results that were represented in numbers. The expected performance of a 1070 would be 100%. Since my 1070 is factory overclocked, i am getting >20% more than the expected performance of a 1070. However, recently, I've been getting 3%-8% lower than the expected 1070 even though it was already factory overclocked and also manually overclocked.

And also, I can't actually "feel" the decrease of performance in games and stuff but I'm just worried if something is wrong with my GPU. Frame rates are still above 60 on all my games. Program? When I benchmark, MSI afterburner is the only thing opened, anything else that uses the GPU is closed.

Hey, have you by any chance figured out what was happening? I'm having the same issues as you, suddenly my GTX 1070 which has been performing from around 104% (not overclocked) to 96% and it won't go any higher and the performance of my games has been reduced also.
