I have a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P old motherboard (I bought the computer in 2012), Im planning on upgrading my old HD 7770 with RX 480 8 GB, but I dont have much money so I can only buy one component at a time until I buy everything in the next couple of months, do you think I can already use RX480 on my current motherboard?

Graphics wise you will see a improvement however if your FPS is low and your CPU while gaming runs around %100 then your still going to have low FPS even with a new GPU. You could try to overclock the CPU which may help a little bit although I'm not sure how good that motherboard handles overclocking.

I'm not sure about Mafia or Deus but I do know BF1 needs a good CPU with a higher performance per core and even a CPU such as the G4560 would be better then your current CPU.

Yes that 480 8gb would work fine with that motherboard as the motherboard has a PCIE slot. Your CPU hay hold back the 480 a bit (hate the term bottleneck) however if should still be a good improvement and wont hurt the system while you save up for a CPU/MB/RAM upgrade.

I have an old AMD FX-4100 3,6 ghz, do you think I will notice any improvement until I buy a new CPU, because currently I cant even play new games such as Bf1, Mafia 3, new Deus Ex, or any other new game, I also have 8 GB of RAM that is working on 1600 Mhz, thanks for your answers :)

Alright, thanks a lot for your answers, you helped me, one more question please, do I also need to buy a new motherboard or are the new AMD Ryzen processors compatible with my current motherboard or any of the i5 processors, and one more tiny question, should I rather wait for new Ryzen CPU's or should I buy some i5 for gaming? I have a Philips 60Hz 21,5 inch 1920*1080 screen, thanks!
