take up your Vcore SoC voltage little bit, absolutely no higher than 1.2v total voltage ever, however, you wont ever need this much, mine stock SoC voltage runs at 0.800v stock and I took it up to 1.050v total to get my RAM to run at 2933mhz, Im using a Gigabyte AB350m Motherboard with G.Skill Trident Z 3000mhz @ 2933mhz, and an R7 1700 at 3.9ghz, all stable.
Bios fixes are on the way, board manufacturers are just trying to get boards built and out at the moment, AMD are working on supporting 3600mhz ram and microcode fixes at the moment.
