Desktop PC not booting up properly

I just moved my desktop PC from one city to another, and when trying to boot it up I'm having some issues. All my fans and my graphics card are turned on but any USB connected device is not getting any power.

Also, my screen is getting no signal, and the motherboards led panel don't light up to tell me what the issue is. When troubleshooting myself, I noticed that the power button on the motherboard is working fine to turn it on but still no connection to my USB connected devices or my screen. My screen is connected to the graphics card that is seemingly on so I'm confused as to why it's not working.

Please help me with troubleshooting this issue so i can get it up and running again!
Thank you! :D

Solution
When moving a PC, the heatsink/fan assembly acts as a weight against the motherboard. Bouncing around can pull it away from the motherboard damaging the socket.

Indeed the CPU was pulled away from the socket, so after some cleaning and new thermal paste everything is working just fine! :)
Luckily nothing was damaged.
