I have an old 2 TB WD HDD, My Passport Ultra (WDBMWV0020BBK-05)which recently stopped showing up anywhere on my PC having win 10 although in Device manager the drivers are popping up with NO yellow triangle mark. Can anybody please help how can i use the HDD again as there is almost 1TB of stuff in there which i need.

Things i've done-
1.) WD has no particular drivers for the HDD so idk how to re-install the drivers
2.) It was working fine in my Win 10 but suddenly stopped working when i was copying some files from my other laptop to it. Now its not recognizable anywhere
3.) Tried two different usb cable too but no help
4.) Tried 3 laptops with different win OS but still unrecognizable
5.) The HDD was not damaged but i guess the twist of the USB cable might have damaged the port(??)

Pls suggest any other things i could try, really need the stuff in the HDD

and how do i do that? coz all i can see in boot options is-
"OS boot manager
internal CD/DVD Rom Drive
USB diskette on key/USB hard disk
USB CD/DVD Rom Drive
Network adapter"

and nothing changes when i plug in the HDD or not, is this what we are suppose to see?
*sry kinda noob here*

although in disk management i can see a 'Disk 1' as not initialized.
I fear this is my drive and i dont want to initialize it yet or i might lose every data.
If initializing is the last option, is there any other way to recover my data?

whwnever i try to connect the ext HDD to my system for the first time, it shows up perfectly like normal. But as soon as i try to access the file within, my whole system freezes and just hangs. I had to disconnect it and later and when i reconnect it again, same old story.. it becomes unreadable.

I also ran the WD diagnostic tool and the drive did came up but only in the logical drive, i am unable to run diagnostics on it whatsoever. And now the drive doesn't come up anywhere now.
