GTX 960m Direct 3D Acceleration Issue

Hi I'm running a gtx 960m. My problem is that I run a dxdiag my Direct 3D Acceleration pops up as Not Available. I tried with the newest drivers and when i install them in enables it. But when i restart it just gets disabled again. I even did a clean win 10 install.
