Can someone tell me if this is a good build and what i could improve on and what frame rates i should expect in games like arma III, GRWildlands, BF1, DayZ and playerunkowns battlegrounds:

Do you plan on overclocking? You may or may not need the watercooler and would save some room for a better GPU. Also, I would recommend an XFX XTR 750w, EVGA G2 750w, Seasonic X, or any Tier 1 PSU other than the one you have if you plan on upgrading in the future. I understand that prices are much higher there in the AU.

I think you didn't need a 750 watt PSU. You will be fine with 500 to 650 watt PSU. 1060 6GB is fine if you plan to play on 1080p. If on 1440p you need a 1070.

I don't recommend OCing on a Tier 4 PSU, you need a better quality with your uses. It's well worth not having the computer failing because of poor quality PSU.

Although that PSU has a high wattage its quality is very low, it has no place on a gaming or overclocked PC.

If you plan to overclock your GPU, then stick with the 750w PSU.
