Can anyone tell me if it's dangerous to run a FX-6300 OC to 4.45 GhZ on 1.428 V every day for numerous hours?

Does it lower the CPU life cycle or such?

My temps don't go over 45-46 degrees both on CPU temp and MOBO VRM's, but my voltage goes down to 1.392 V under load. I can't get it stable on 4.45 Ghz if I use less than 1.416-1.428V

Windows task manager often reports incorrect frequency and displays its change much later than it happens. It show lower of higher frequency, but don't mind it. Trust your bios and programs like cpu-z.

Well, it idles at arround 19-20 degrees while at 4.45GhZ with HPC mode, and Prime95 test after 1 hour is arround 45-46 degrees on the CPU and 42-44 degrees on the VRMs so I'm guessing temp is not the problem here, since it's 1.428V all day long.

So basicly, I can run it at 1.428V all day long and not reduce it's life span by much if my temps stay this way?

Also, on task manager it says my max speed is 4.36Ghz, but it is clearly running at 4.45 Ghz in all other programs and BIOS, why is that and is it true?
