I have a 250mpbs 'ultrafast' line - and one computer is seeing 180mbps download through wifi, the other is only getting about 80/90. They are both using the same wifi usb dongle to allow it on the 5ghz network, and are both connected to the 5ghz one. Tried switcihng the dongles around and they're both in the same place. The slower one has the better hardware too. :/

:/

You're may not be just competing between the two machines because radio goes everywhere. So any other WifI around you can compete against your system also regardless of the frequency.
