Hey guys,

I am looking for a white/blue SSD to match the color scheme of my new build. I was looking at the OCZ Trion 150, but I cant find it in the color that I'm looking for. Lately all I see is Grey/Blue Trion 150's.

Here is a pic of the Trion 150 so you can see what I was shooting for:

Any suggestions?

Paint should be no problem, because what you see is merely the 'case'. The electronics are safely inside, except for the SATA connectors, of course.

A good job with masking tape, and you should be fine.
Maybe practice on something of similar size, but that you can throw away if it gets messed up.

Exept for OCZ I don't really know any blue/white SSd's. You could always look into custom painting or searching for an SSD cover. Multiple websites custom produce those and even take personalised orders. For example: http://www.coldzero.eu/

Edit* WD recently released SSD's, the blue drive has a BLUE/WHITE/BLACK color scheme. (But contains text on the label) If you're interested

Yeah I saw that one and was actually considering to settle for it, but then I got to thinking if there was something out there that I was missing or that I didn't see.

Cool thanks for the link. How hard is it to custom paint an SSD and is there a high risk involved? Is there a special type of paint used? I feel as though I may have to explore this option eventually.
