I would personally change to an i5-6600K if you want futureproof so you can overclock for more performance in the future since you have a good Z170 board. Note you will need an aftermarket cooler. The power supply is pretty bad quality I would recommend a 80+ Gold Power Supply by EVGA, Corsair, SilverStone or XFX at least 500W. An SSD would also be helpful at least as a boot drive. Hope this help

I live in India where the PSU u mentioned are very expensive!
How about Antec PSU or Corsair CX???
