I built my first PC 2 weeks ago and it has been having some issues since I finished building it.
Whenever I hit the power button on my PC, It starts up fine but 1-2 seconds after I start it up I hear a clicking noise from the PSU and the PC powers down and starts up again except this time the PC stays on. But when it finally stays on, the case and CPU fans do not spin, the CPU cooler does not turn on, the GPU fans do not spin, and the PSU fan does not spin. One of my friends told me that it was because my PSU wattage was too low but I'm not sure.
(Note: the motherboard LEDs are on and also I can hear whirring sounds from the hardrive)
