My Gaming PC Build under $1500

Solution
That is not a suitable power supply, for such a build, as it is a lower quality unit. A 7600k, with a B250 board, is pointless, as you need a Z270 board to overclock. Made some changes, to keep it within budget, but allow for overclocking, while also getting a much better quality power supply.
