No post unless reinsert 8gb ram but Woking fine with old 2 gb

Bought new gigabyte z97x gaming 3 mobo because my old Intel board not working any more so I bought this board for my 4770k and gpu I'm using is gtx 960 it's working the problem is once I shutdown it won't boot next time I need to remove and insert ram to get boot and I have old ram which is 2gb it works fine no problem but when I use 8gb it won't boot on next time I need to reinsert so I thought it was that ram I bought new corsair vengeance 8gb but that also gave same result please help guys is this mobo issue or my psu??? I'm using zebronics 600 platinum.. Thanks

Support for DDR3 3200(O.C.) / 3100(O.C.) / 3000(O.C.) / 2933(O.C.) / 2800(O.C.) / 2666(O.C.) / 2600(O.C.) / 2500(O.C.) / 2400(O.C.) / 2200(O.C.) / 2133(O.C.) / 2000(O.C.) / 1866(O.C.) / 1800(O.C.) / 1600 / 1333 MHz memory modules as per their website

and i used 2gb is 1333 which works fine, also i have both 1333 and 1600 8gb's which is not working
