Hi,
I just setup my pc and the network. Every tab I open on Microsoft edge and google chrome has message "welcome to BT"
I click get started and it gives me the option to download the BT help tool. Then I click download and it says "Hmm, we can't reach this page"
Whatever we do we can't get past this page.
Any help is appreciated,
