Why is my wired connection slower than wireless??

How come my wireless connection is faster than my wired? Am using 14' Cat6 Insignia Ethernet Cable, connected to a Insignia USB-Ethernet adapter (one on the laptop itself is broken like usual). Here are some screenshots of speedtest results wired/wireless, network connections, and device manager.
Wireless speed test= http://prntscr.com/elkvc9
Wired speed test= http://prntscr.com/elkvl0
Wireless Network Connections= http://prntscr.com/elkvpe
Wired Network Connections= http://prntscr.com/elkvsq
Device Manager = http://prntscr.com/elkvuz

I tried setting the ethernet driver's Duplex to the max thing already, nothing changed at all. Tried putting it in different ports on the router, nothing changed.

Please tell me how I can fix this. I am paying for 60mbps internet, and this is what I get. It's a joke.

No, max allowable bandwidth is what ISPs advertise as "internet speed", such as 60mbps or 35mbps. What you are referencing is data caps. If there is no cap for usage, then you can use as much data as you want while being able to have a maximum bandwidth utilization of 60mbps...

If anyone asks, the reason Ethernet 3 is not listed on the Network Connections when I'm wireless it is because I am unplugging the Usb-Ethernet so it removes that whole option when doing so.

What router settings should I look for? I know how to logon to it online just dont know what I'm looking for

I'm thinking that if it's not your settings, which Ethernet ports are automatically set to 1Gb/s as long as they're capable of it, then it could just be the fact that you aren't using your ethernet port and it come down to latency in your system dragging down the speed. Your speed difference in between the two connection types isn't that dramatically different and AC band has the potential to be faster than hard lining anyways, so you might as well go with the wireless, if you can. Also, try testing multiple times. Sometimes there might be a draw on the setup to lower your speeds for one test and then on the next they might be back up and running at the max speed you have. Make sure that no one is gaming, browsing, updating, or downloading while you're doing your tests to get the best results.

Why are you using USB to Ethernet when you have an Ethernet port? If it's USB version 1 (12 Mb/s), that would be your problem. Also, duplex... you cannot just change that, both sides need to agree. You should almost always allow autonegotiation. It's pretty rare to manually set stuff like that these days.

OP mentioned that Ethernet port was busted/not working.

There is nothing titled Port Speed anywhere when I logon to my Ubee router online. The status for "Acquired Downstream Channel" is "Primary Downstream Locked" if that means anything bad.

That's what I am thinking too. But, I'm in the whole TWC-Spectrum thing. I do not know if I am still on and paying for TWC's old 35mbps plan, or if it automatically switched to Spectrum's 60mbps internet plan, and I just aren't getting full 60mbps for some reason. All of the Spectrum Internet plans are 60mbps, with no data caps, doesn't that mean there is no "max allowable bandwidth"?

If there is no cap for usage, then you can use as much data as you want while being able to have a maximum bandwidth utilization of 60mbps, if you were getting the true 60mbps and not limited to the 35mbps you mentioned. In order to figure that out you will need to contact your ISP and let them know that you have been limited to 35mbps and that you are paying for the 60mbps and you have an issue with what is going on. They should help you straighten it out from there.
