In Network Connections, Ethernet #2 (realtek pcie gbe family controller) says "Network Cable Unplugged) even when there is one connected. I have reinstalled the driver, restarted PC, ect. I even powered off and removed battery for an hour to try and fix it, someone online said it worked. Didn't.
I got a USB-Ethernet adapter but I am experiencing the same speeds from being wired through it as I get when wireless. People told me this is because it has to run through the adapter. So how would I fix "Network Cable Unplugged" when it is?
