PC not working after cleaning out dust

I just cleaned out my PC of dust and build up, but when i tried to boot it up, the computer turns on, but all it does is makes the fan go on full blast, and it makes the computer beep 3 times every 3 seconds...

I dont remember taking out any wires or components, but i may have accidentally.

My PC is an old Dell Inspiron 530 btw. Any help would be highly appreciated.

How would i run it? It tells me to press F12 when i see the Dell logo, but i dont get any signal to my monitor... Also, for some reason the 3 beeps stopped, and now all i hear is my fans going super loud and the power button is on, but nothing else working.
