Should I add top fans to the NZXT H440 case?

I just changed my case and I have the default fans. I don't have water cooling no radiator. I got i7-3770k@4.3 and GTX780. I was wondering if I add 2 140mm fans to the top section exhaust will help my temps? I was thinking about the Noctua NF-A14 FLX 14cm 1200RPM.

I don't know about pressure. I just want to know if adding 2 fans on top will help much.

Of course they'll help, to some degree (sry for pun). If your case is clean, with cable management that allows for airflow, you'll likely achieve better temps inside your case, even if by just a bit. But you really should read up on positive or negative pressure, and then decide. There are pros and cons for both, though tbh I think positive pressure is the ideal way to go. Also, don't forget you're talking about a desktop. Natural convection, heat rising, whatever other gimmicks case makers try to use to sell their products, hardly apply to a regular sized computer case. If you choose to go with positive pressure use those two top fans as inputs.

Since there is no dust filter on top I think about adding just 1 fan to top as exuast is sufficient. That way I get 3x12cm intake and 2x14cm exuast. That way positive pressure remains doesn't it?

I think it would help. I have the same case, the only difference is I'm using a Kraken so that comes with two fans that you position on the top.
As you probably know, air flow is not incredible with this case as it's really built for noise suppression. The vents at top of the case are not huge by any means, but they do allow some air flow. I don't know what would stop you from putting two fans as they are really cheap to put in.

nestRedPanda22 and Virtual_Singularity talked about positive air pressure thats why I said that maybe 1 not 2 top fan is enough.

That'd be fine. Though if you wanted to stay with positive pressure, you could add a couple of reasonably priced 140mm fans on top, and there are also a huge selection of filters you can choose from as well that are reasonably priced, your case manufacturer may sell them as accessories on their site or on Amazon, Newegg, etc, or if not you should have no problem finding others that are compatible made by various companies. Some come in 10 packs for like $7 on Amazon. You could even make one yourself. Magnetic dust filters are best, but usually cost a little more, and are sold individually.
Depending on choice of fans and/or filters you could get add two 140mm fans and dust filters for around $20 or so, or more if you go with premium fans/magnetic filter.

Usually the exhaust fan is placed in the back on the top. Interesting note: Silverstone filmed an experiment awhile back, where they removed the exhaust fan, and showed the case was getting better airflow without the typical low RPM exhaust fan. An efficient back exhaust fan with higher rpm would likely have yielded different results though, I bet.
