Is this a good Streaming / Gaming Build for $1200 Budget?

Yes it will handle games fine. If I had to change anything:

Swapped out some parts to get you a better graphics unit. I would do without an optical drive (not necessary at all) but thats all up to preference. Also why the E-ATX? It won't have better features than a normal motherboard and it will just force you to get a huge case.

Yes i see the swap for an i5 instead of i7 and 1070 stead of 1060 but im going to stream and want good fps and good stream quality. And the drive is for Windows 10, its a disk not download key :0

Ok well I guess you will need a drive. Also the rig I listed would technically get you better fps on high stream quality, as its mostly VGA based.

The motherboard you picked is an E-ATX which is the biggest to date (I think) so I chose a normal ATX to let you go for a mid-tower case
