Recently, I switched from a Sapphire R9 380 4GB to a GTX 1060 3GB. Since switching I have been experiencing fps drop. In Overwatch, my fps drops from 200-250 to 130-150 and this is when i'm running the game on 75% render scale and all setting on low and off. In CS:GO, the fps range is 290-180 with all the settings on low. When I was using a R9 380, my fps in Overwatch was between 180-230, and in CS:GO, the fps range was 300-270. I have tried tweaking things in the Nvidia control panel (like having the 3d rendering setting on performance), but it has not fixed anything. I have uninstalled the AMD drivers, installed the latest Nvidia drivers, and I have tested 2 different GTX 1060's and the problems are still happening (Iused the Palit Own 1060 and the Zotac 1060). From all of this, I have 2 question:
1.Can anyone give me some advice so I can fix the issues
2. If the problems still occur, should I buy a RX480 since I was not having too many problems with the AMD gpu I was using before
If anyone could help me, I would be grateful
My Specs:
-Intel i7 6700 @3.4
-Asus H110M-D-D3 motherboard
-16GB Hyper X Fury 1600mhz DDR3
-450W Corsair PSU
-1TB HDD Seagate

Solution
The power supply is not very good for a gaming system, the VS is their lowest quality model or about 6 ranges. If you don't mind re-installing Windows, you can try that with a full clean driver setup for the 1060 card. If that still does not work, you may want to consider changing the power supply. If that also does not work, try the 470 or 480 AMD cards. Swapping the power supply is a good idea in either case. This is a good model, modular, good quality, plenty of power for any video card https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16817151095
Odd that you even replaced the card if you were getting over 100 fps in games, that is more than fast enough. Even if you have a 144hz monitor you were getting more than that on the old card.

Did you check for a BIOS update? Your power supply is also a bit marginal for a gaming system, what Corsair model is it exactly?
