I'm try to buid a low budget gaming pc for my little brother and he's got an old Pentium D computer so i was thinking of upgrading it with a quad core processor, more ram and a graphic card.

I've been looking online and i've put together quite a few things. Decided to go for used parts.

CPU : Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 Quad-Core Processor, 2.7 GHz
Motherboard : Asus PQ5-VM LGA775 DDR2 RAM
GPU : MSI R7 265 2GB DDR5 Graphic Card

Ive already got a 2 gb ddr2 ram and a 400 W psu.

Can you please help me. I'm totally new to this stuff. And my budget is like Rs. 7000 to 8000 or $100 to $120
And i'm buying a used cpu and motherboard.

R7 265 is fine. Its better than 750Ti. But the power consumption is more. Make sure you get a good PSU and don't try to cheap out on PSU. You can also get used R7 370 if you can.
