I attempted raid 1. First i went into bios and change achi to raid in the sata configuration. Then i pressed ctrl + I and created a raid volume. Now i can not boot into windows. My OS is installed on my ssd but i created a raid with the 2 hdd in the computer.
I also pressed f8 to boot from my ssd but it didn't work. My ssd shouldn't be erased because i didn't set that up for raid.
I'm not sure what to do. Please help!

Make sure to change your boot device to the SSD. Did you receive any BSODs or error messages?

Sorry, for this being way old at this point.

However, that sounds like you need to make sure your controller on the mobo is able to handle the number of drives you are attaching. Might just be the need for a BIOS update or another config option to be changed. From default settings, you should be able to set the SSD as a boot drive & set the two HDDs in a RAID0 or RAID1 w/ the CTRL+I menu & change ACHI to RAID to get up & running. This is assuming you're using the onboard RAID controller.
