Update your BIOS, see if it helps.
Did you have integrated GPU? If yes, it can consume system RAM but not that much.
As for uploading picture to this forum, you need your picture to be uploaded somewhere (like: imgur, googledrive) and paste the sharing link by clicking small picture button.
