So I recently bought a new pc, after installing Windows 10 I plugged in my ethernet cord but I do not get any internet connections. I tried installing the drivers from Asus https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-Z270E-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/ but it will not let me install the driver. I get the error message stating "Cannot install driver, no intel Adapters are present in this computer"
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
