Either won't have a huge performance boost over the other... i would personally get the Hybrid because it's watercooled and i've seen people crack over 2000 MHz Overclocks on it easy without troublesome temps. But both would run 1440p just as good the Hybrid just cooler if you're okay with having a liquid cooler in one of your case fan slots. Hope this helps
