I was playing, when the game just satrted to freeze, but the sound looped. The next time I play it, the game starts with a black screen, then crashes a second later. The only fix that works is deleting valve.rc, but that makes the game freeze and sound loop at certain moments, just like the start. Here is a video for reference.
