I recently picked up an asus ix formula board and a 7700k. I am using Gskill TridentZ RGB 2400mhz (16gb) Ram. For some reason, Dimm slots A1 and B1 are not working at all and result in no post if a module is inserted. I was getting Q-code 55 earlier, however now it has been replaced with a repetitive 01 then 03 then 01 and so on. I have done almost everything I can think of and still can not get those slots to work. (I should note that A2 and B2 work fine and all 16gb is showing when placed in these two modules) I am wondering if anyone may have any other advice before I just return the board for a new one.

Just tried it outside the case and same behavior. Though after removing the CPU I found 3 pins which were slightly bent. I purchased the board open boxed and didn't receive the waterblock caps or the manuel so this isn't surprising to me.. I presume the next thing to do is return the board for a replacement?
