New PC...Which part isn't working?

Hello,

So I posted this yesterday and did some more work on it. I am re-posting so hopefully someone will read it and give me some more ideas.

ASUS z270e
i7-7700K
Trident 32GB DDR4 @ 3000
EVGA GTX 1080
EVGA 750w Gold

I just put the above parts together and cannot get into BIOS.

PWRLED light is on. MB lights up. All case fans AIO cooler fans work. Keyboard lights up in MB USB slot.

Turn on and monitor says cannot find signal from your device. Using DP.

I have tried with and without GPU. I have tried all arrangements of RAM. 1 stick 2 sticks all slot combos (Should note DRAMLED is not lit up though - meaning it is not telling me there is a RAM problem). All plugs are in and proper place. I have removed and replaced CMOS battery.

Any other suggestions before I pull Cooler off and pull processor out?

UPDATE: So I pulled the CPU and see no bent pins in the socket and no obvious damage to the CPU. I really do not know what to do now. I don't know how to diagnose which component is not working and if I should send something back for a replacement. Any ideas?

Also on another slightly unrelated note, I had a bear of a time removing the cooler, so if there wasn't damage to the MB there probably is now. One of the screws that holds the cooler in place through the MB goes into a plastic piece on the backside of the MB. Inside the plastic piece is a separate metal piece with threads. Well that metal piece is no longer connected to the plastic piece and spins as I try to unscrew it. Any ideas on how to get this out? For those who know it is a thermal take water 3.0. The mounting solution seems cheap and flimsy.

Solution
Hi, I would have suggested to test different video cable (DVI), but now, with the new issue, if succeeding in removing the cooler, I'd RMA the board.

I did try DP and HDMI prior with no luck.

I don't know if it will fix the problem, but I am going to exchange the motherboard. Easy enough since I got it off Amazon. I am flat returning the cooler and going with something else. IF new motherboard arrives and I continue to have issues, I don't know what I will do, but I will cross that bridge when I get there.

New motherboard. Booted with zero issues. Thank you!
